The Naked Truth
Our fragrance free editions are the ‘naked’ version of our formulas. While we haven’t invited any perfumes to the party, the raw, botanical ingredients still may have their own natural subtle scent. Because the magic lies in the pure, unmasked potency of these plant oils—which can smell sometimes earthy—we cannot accept returns based on their scent. We think they smell like real magic; we hope you agree.
Defective or Damaged Treasures
We place meticulous care into every product we bottle, but should a product arrive in less than fabulous condition please let us know within 7 days of delivery.
- The Process: Kindly email a photo of the defect and your order number to info@lis-and-beau.co.za.
- Our Resolution: we will gladly arrange a complimentary pickup in South Africa. Once we’ve inspected the item, we’ll offer you a replacement, a full refund, or a store credit to continue your ritual.
Changed Your Mind?
- The Grace Period: Please notify us and return the item in its original, sealed and saleable condition within 7 days of delivery.
- The Resolution: While the return shipping fee and risk is your responsibility, we will happily provide you with a refund or an online voucher equal to your purchase amount (less shipping fees) once the item safely returns to our care.
- Please allow 10 days for processing of refunds.

- Direct Connections: This policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from lis-and-beau.co.za. For items found through other retailers, please reach out to them directly.
- Hygiene & Purity: no returns or refunds can be issued for products that have been opened, used, or tampered with unless the product is delivered defective or damaged.
- Final Sale: Please note that promotional items, sale goods, and gift vouchers are final and not eligible for return.
